Mr. Ali Raza Khan is the Founder of Youth Engagement Services (YES) Network Pakistan. He participated in one-year Master Program in Social Work at McGill University, Montreal, Canada as a Sauvé Scholar. He also holds a Master degree in Political Science focusing on Development Politics. He had done one-year diploma in Documentary Making from Jean Sauvé Foundation, Montreal, Canada. He obtained certification in Strategic Communication from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, U.S.A. In addition to that, he had done a wide range of professional courses such as Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, Community Mobilization, Emotional Intelligence, Business Plan Development, Communication Skills, Material Development, Youth Organizing, Reproductive Health, Advocacy, etc, from abroad. Ali has played a pioneer role in introducing and institutionalizing the concepts of service learning, youth service and youth social entrepreneurship in Pakistan. He has an extensive experience of working with youth, which is filled with change and challenge; visioning; planning and program development; innovative and social action initiatives and much cooperative exciting work both within and outside the country. He is an Ashoka Fellow, International Leadership Development Program Fellow, Sauvé Scholar Fellow and Population Council Leadership Development Program Fellow. He has won several international awards. He is given the title of “Architect of the Future” by the Waldzell Institute in Austria. He has been selected as one of the top ten young social entrepreneurs (out of 801) under Young Social Enterprise Initiative (YSEI) fellowship of Global Knowledge Partnership. He has also been bestowed with AZM Alishan 2011 Award by the leading media companies of Pakistan. He has served as a consultant, trainer and facilitator for several local and leading international organizations such as ILO, British Council, Population Council, Church World Service, Caritas Pakistan, Sisters of Charity of Jesus & Mary, etc. He has conducted over 300 training workshops for over 1,000 small and medium scale youth driven and youth serving organizations. He has the honor of meeting with outstanding leaders of the world such as former U.S.A President, Mr. Bill Clinton and former Malaysian Prime Minister, Mr. Muhathir Muhammad. He has given talks and presentations at the leading international platforms and educational institutions of the world.

Mr. Hafiz Javaid Iqbal is the Manager Operations & Programs of the YES Network Pakistan. He did his Masters in Social Work from Punjab University Lahore. He has over 8 years of experience of working in the field of social development. He has been very active to support Youth Engagement Services (YES) Network Pakistan/PNYS in implementing its activities. He has participated in a wide range of community building activities. He has facilitated, arranged and organized several community based sessions and seminars on a variety of topics for creating awareness among the masses on human rights. He has a strong desire to empower the young people of Pakistan. His work involves identifying under-served, marginalized and poor women and girls for social and economic development.

Mrs. Rukhsana Ali Khan is currently working as a Program Manager Communications in Youth Engagement Services (YES) Network Pakistan. She has done Masters in English Literature, Masters in Business Administration (Finance) and Masters in Computer Science. She has also done Diploma in Information Technology. She has a working experience of 7 years. She has worked with prestigious national and international organizations. She has a teaching experience of two years. She taught English Language, English Literature and Computer Science in Gandhara College for Girls, Wah Cantt. She served as External Liaison Officer in University of Engineering and Technology, Taxilla. She also served as Lecture in the University and taught Technical Report Writing to the students. She has conducted more than 60 researches for international organizations on a wide range of topics such as Youth Service, Youth Social Entrepreneurship, Serving Learning, Business Administration, Information Technology, etc. She has conducted several trainings and workshops on Youth Development. She also served as a moderator for National and International Seminars and
Conferences.

Mr. Kazam Raza Rizvi is working as a Finance Manager in YES Network Pakistan. He is ACCA finalist and also holding a professional degree from Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants. He has 9 years of diversified working experience in the field of financial management in public and private sector organizations. He is involved in designing, implementation and evaluation of financial systems and procedures.

Mr. Shahid Ambrose Moghul joined the Yes Network Pakistan, team as Manager Program Delivery. He holds the two masters degrees, in Pak-studies and in Education. He has twenty four years’ experience of teaching and administration in schools and college. He holds a (Certificate in-service Teachers Training) from Notre Dam Institute of Education, Karachi. He is positive, proactive and results oriented employee with a highly successful background in the achievement of required objectives through the creation and execution of successful strategies in the field of education. He possesses excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and has strong command of spoken as well as written English and Urdu languages. He has an extensive experience of participatig in international events in the fields of youth and education.

Mr. Tauseef Kazmi is working as an Assistant Manager Finance& Administration in YES Network Pakistan. He is ACCA (Finalist) and Commerce Graduate. He has roughly eight (8) years of professional experience in the field of finance and administration. He has worked as an assistant either to a department, single individual or multiple individuals in different organizations. He brought the knowledge and insight gained through these various experiences to YES Network Pakistan. His work involves supervising and overseeing accounting procedures and their overall consolidation, banking and financial investment planning, preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasting of financial requirements as well as coordination and correspondence with national and international level organizations

Miss Sana Akram is working as a Coordinator Human Resource Department of YES Network Pakistan. She has done Masters in Social Work from Punjab University Lahore. She holds a diploma in Windows Applications. She has 4 years experience in the field of Community Development & Case Work Settings. She has worked in several local and international campaigns focused on environment and health. She worked with UNDP for the promotion of volunteerism and clean environment. She is playing an important role in promoting sound and ethical standards of human resource development in the affiliated institutions of YES Network Pakistan. She has designed and developed modules on human resource management and development.

Miss Amna Ilyas is working as a Team Leader of Youth Social Entrepreneurship Program in YES Network Pakistan since 2009. She has done Masters in Social Works with 2^nd Position in University of the Punjab. She has 4 years experience in community development.She has organized and conducted over 50 Workshops and Trainings on Youth Social Entrepreneurship for the principals and the students of technical and vocational institutions of Pakistan. She has assisted in developing modules and materials on the concept of Youth Social Entrepreneurship. She has organized 5 national and 8 provincial level trainings on Youth Social Entrepreneurship. She works with young social entrepreneurs to facilitate them in starting and implementing community-based social enterprises. She has also assisted in carrying out baseline and end line surveys on the topics of youth social entrepreneurship.

Miss Ayesha Waheed is working as a Team Leader of Information Communication & Technology (I.C.T) Program in YES Network Pakistan. She has Masters in Information Technology (M.IT) and Post Graduate Diploma (PG.D) in web designing and development. She has over 2 years experience in introducing and institutionalizing the concept of I.C.Ts in educational institutions of Pakistan. She arranges I.C.T trainings and implements the course outlines effectively. She handles the programs related to website development of schools. She has played great part in the promotion of the usage of websites so that all educational institutions could upload and display their information more coherently. She also conduct I.C.T & website development trainings of teachers and principals in YES Service Academy. Her hobbies include graphic and web designing, reading and exploring new things.

Mrs. Mehpara Fahad is a Web Designer and developer in (YES) Network Pakistan. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and PG.D in web designing and development. She has over 5 years of experience in graphic designing and web development and 1 year experience of facilitating I.C.T trainings. in YES Service Academy. Her hobbies include graphic and web designing, creating illustrations and websites, reading and painting.

Ms Rabia Qureshi is working as an Finance Officer  in YES Network Pakistan. She has done B.Com (Hons) from Hailey College of Commerce, University Of The Punjab Lahore. She has 2 years experience in the field of financial management. Her work involves preparing of journal, ledgers, pay rolls, financial statements and overseeing on all accounting procedures of the YES Network Pakistan.

Ms Anum Waqar is involved with YES Network Pakistan as a Deputy Team Leader Youth Social Entrepreneurship Program. She is doing MSC Psychology. She is skilled in organizing, facilitating and arranging workshops and sessions on youth Social Entrepreneurship for principals, teachers and representatives of civil society organizations. She is also involved in designing, implementing and evaluating service learning projects as a Group Leader of Smart Youth Project. She is a by birth Artist with lots of creativity, she loves to paint, likes to read poetry, literature and performing arts having affiliation with Pakistan National Council of the Arts, Islamabad, in 2007-08 as curator & organized different exhibitions.

Mr. Junaid Ahmed Qazi is working as a Field Incharge in YES Network Pakistan since 2010. He has done masters in Urdu Language. He has an extensive experience of working in the field. He is involved in youth organizing and trainings. He has played a major role in mobilizing and motivating young people of low-income communities for self-help action.

Mrs. Attia Randhawa designs and conducts the English language program and teachers training sessions at YES Service Academy. She has over 8 years of teaching experience at various educational and English language institutions. She holds a Master’s degree in English Language from Punjab University. The key areas for Mrs. Attia are motivating students to take charge of their own learning and setting their own goals and incorporating motivational activities and positive reinforcement strategies. Being a student and admirer of English literature, she likes to read poetry, drama and other literary domains.

Mr.Jamil Hyder is working as a Coordinator Logistics in YES Network Pakistan since 2006. He is involved in organizing, coordinating and arranging local and national level sessions, meetings, seminars and conferences. he has over 15 years experience in the field of social development. He worked with several community based and national level organizations.He has sound knowledge of the field and diverse cultures. He has done professional courses in the field of IT.

Miss Anum Nawaz is the Facilitator at YES Network Pakistan. Her academic background includes O & A levels. Currently she is an ACCA finalist. She also holds diplomas in diverse subjects such as sketching, Interior designing, web graphics designing, English language and graphics. She has one year experience of working with school administration as a home based employee. She plays a significant role in meeting standards of YES Service Academy.

Miss Saima Hyder is working as a Master Trainer in YES Network Pakistan since 2006. She had done Bachelors in Computer Sciences from University of the Punjab Lahore. She holds diploma in Web Designing, Networking and Windows Application. She has been running a school for the under-served girls and women of her community since 2006. She possessed 4 years’ experience of social development. She has attended a wide range of workshops on the topics of youth enterprise, social skills, class room management, entrepreneurship,etc. Her hobbies are reading, cooking and teaching.

Ms. Huma Zia is working as a Service Scholar at YES. She has completed her Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honors in Economics and Finance from Lahore School of Economics. She has worked within the capacity of content developer for more than a year and aim to seek experience in the development sector of Pakistan. She has been an active member of Social Work Society of Lahore School throughout the four years of my undergraduate education and has participated in Young Leader and Entrepreneurship Summit for 2008. She has a special interest in fashion designing and have a home-based female fashion clothing brand of her own since 2010.

Mrs. Fouzia Zareen is serving in YES Network Pakistan as a research officer. She holds the two master degrees, Urdu and Research and Assessment in (Edu). She has an extensive experience in the field of research and training. She has served as a trainer, consultant and resource person for several youth-serving institutions. She also holds a certificate in-service teachers training. She has keen interest in the field of research development and did a lot of work in different research institutions. She has a competency in data analyzing. She is equipped with the latest techniques of assessment and analysis. She has good command in SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences).

Professor Ghulam Sarwar Qureshi is an eminent educationist. He is an old Ravian and brings his credentials from great teachers like Prof. Hameed Ahmad Khan, Prof. Cyprian and Prof. Ashfaq Ali Khan. He headed the English department for 17 years at Govt. Islamia College Civil Lines Lahore and served his alma matter as a visiting professor for a few years. He also got associated with PAF as a teacher of English. Prof. Qureshi represented Pakistan in International Visitor Program of United States in 1987. He attended the literature course at Aberdeen University in 1989. He has also participated in Oxford International Literature Conference twice. He has edited the Punjab University’s BSc. Textbook and B.A (Eng. Literature) course. He is well known for his devotion as a teacher. Prof. Qureshi is currently involved in report writing , material development and conducting capacity building trainings.

Mr. Zahoor Ahmad Quershi is working as a Documentalist in YES Network Pakistan since 2007. He has done L.L.B and D.T.L from the Punjab University Lahore. He has over 52 years of experience of working in developmental sector in various capacities. He has an extensive experience of developing and producing information and communication material on health and women empowerment.He is an excellent trainer and facilitator. He has participated in several local and international trainings on gender, reproductive health, proposal writing, community mobilization, etc.
